Since leaving the largest design production house in
Japan (Nippon Design Center), Mr. Kitatani has freelanced
for several decades and has had a great impact on the
industry. He is well known for his humorous animated
clips for TV commercials as well as his editorial and
print works. Mr. Kitatani always begins his creative
process by drawing delicately with a glass pen on paper
before he transfers his creations to the digital realm.
He is a member of the Tokyo Illustrators Society.
