Keiko HONGO

Time luxuriously flows in the idyllic world of Pipin, an "easy-going" realm, inhabited by the adorable creatures that Ms. Hongo has created. Her creativity is not spurred by competitive motivation, but rather, she is inspired by immediate environment; her backyard, sweets, and her friends. These principles help her create Illustrations that make her characters intimate with their audiences. Her Illustrations have appeared in a wide range of media including posters, calendars, stamps, book covers, and packages.
